EV is starting to host courses by our partners.

Dear EV learners and teachers,

Evietnam Group with advanced e-learning technology powered by Moodle and other softwares begins to host and design Vietnamese courses from our big partners: Faculty of Vietnamese Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Official website of the National Committee for Oversea Vietnamese, People Newspaper (Báo Nhân Dân) …

Most of the EV partners’ courses will be free of charge. Design has just been launched, but no course is available yet. These courses will be classified outside EV core courses and TOVIF system. Check here for the course list.

Dear EV members,

EVietnam Group has celebrated its one year birthday (February 14th, 2006 - February 14th, 2007). For this event, we are happy to inform you that Sentence base is now available. Sentence base includes hundreds of sentence with sounds (both in Northern and Southern dialects). Each sentence is translated into English and Korean. Recently, our Administrators have received a lot of email from EV learners asking about the fact that they received unwanted messages from other members.

Please be informed that it's possible for you to disable your email in your user profile AND unsubscribe in all EV forums except this EV News forum. We hope that you will read carefully our Terms of Services and our Users' guide to avoiding misunderstanding.

We are thinking about removing all the forum in this website and as a result, learners will not have opportunity to get their questions answered.

EVietnam Group is unable to receive donations via Paypal.

First of all, we would like to thank for your donations, which are the main ressource for us to create more courses and ressources.

However, EVietnam Group's Paypal account is being reviewed and so we are unable to receive your donations via Paypal. We disable temporarily EV donation button at our frontpage. If you want to donate us, pleas contact our Admin or open a support ticket at http://www.vietcourses.com/help.

EV will soon celebrate the first birthday. The countdown script indicates 20 days to that event. Thanks for being with us.

EV homepage changes the domain name

Dear EV students.

EV homepage has just changed its domain name into vietcourses.com and vietcourses.net. These domains name are likely to be more meaningful to reflect EV activities and resources.

EV Course is now vietcourses.com/learn
EV Blog is vietcourses.com/blog
EV Support ticket is vietcourses.com/help
Other domain names like VIEX forum (vietnameseonline.net) remains unchanged.

As a result of the domain and server transfer, many links are broken, especially links to sounds and pictures in some courses. We are correcting them, however, we hope you are patient as the link changing can't be carried out automatically but manually, so it takes a lot of time.

EV teachers and staffs start to use EV blogging system. We hope that you also use EV blogging to tell the world who you are.

EV Online service has been set to new public pricing. Also, EV would like to thanks kind donors who have increased the fund of the Sangxane typhoon donation campaign upto 1600 U$, that has been just donated to a village in Danang.
